Imperial Russian Barracks or Gate Crest (metal Shield) This is an old Copy. It says "Moscow Garrison 1903". It is Black painted steel , has a large Gold hand painted Imperial Russian Eagle with Saint George killing the Dragon. All the paint is somewhat faded from age and has rust bleeding through much of the Black paint but is still very attractive. A little Vaseline on a rag could eliminate the dry look and restore much of the color back to this piece but it looks great the way it is! Has 2 wires on the back for hanging. Size is 28" Tall X 31" Wide.
