I DON'T DO CUSTOM WORK FOR ANY PRICE !

I used to do custom work but had to give it up for several reasons.

  I just don't have the time to work on all the things I need to so its impossible to take on anyone else's work. The overall time to do the work and to deal with the customer on one or two cap was not cost effective.  

Custom caps were always a problem because working with different types of fabrics in varying thickness is a tricky task. It's hard enough to make the cap look good, even more difficult make it a specific size. I do my best work and produce the best quality by making larger runs of caps as in a factory type method, assembling quantities of the different parts and then combining them to complete the caps. This way I can keep neatness and uniformity more in control. After the caps are done, I wet and shape them, when they are dry, I check them for the finished size. I usually end up with a good batch of caps in a variety of sizes. I hate sewing but its the only way I can make caps.

 I used to do sewing once or twice a year but lately I haven't had time to do any sewing at all. I haven't sewn for a couple years.  Too many other things going on and some physical problems that keep me from getting to it for now.  The caps offered here are all I have available.
